PRODUCTION
Standard Production
Standard production time is 7 working days for accounts with credit terms or with ready prepayment. Production times are subject to change depending on stock, paper proofing, as well as quantity.
Production begins after receipt of order, approved artwork, and approved payment terms. Contact factory for production time on larger quantity orders.
Rush Production
Rush Service is available for 2-3 working day turnaround with a minimum $25.00 or 10% of the order.

Setup Charge
$50.00/v for setup of standard orders that require imprinting. Each additional color/location, add $50.00/v plus $0.50 (V) running charge.
Paper/Digital Proof
Paper proofs are provided free of charge. Allow 1-2 working days. Proof is required on all orders. Production begins after receipt of written approval of proof. ICC – Ink Color Change Charge is $20 Net, PMS match Charge is $31.25 (V). Virtual Proof Charge ( before receiving PO, credited once PO is received) – $8.00 net. Typeset Art Charge- $8.00 net. Digital proof will be sent via E-mail as a PDF File. Factory reserves the right to not provide digital proofs. Please note colors may not represent real imprint results. PMS Colors
Pre-production Item Proof
Unit cost plus setup $50.00/v per color. Standard screen or setup charge per color applies for additional colors. Production begins after receipt of written approval of proof. Pre production sample cost may be credited towards order upon approval and production.
Less Than Minimum
$30.00/v charge for less than minimum quantity orders plus standard additional fees that apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled during production will be charge for completed work at the time of cancellation. Cancellation must be made in writing via fax/email and confirmed by factory. Cancellation fee of $50 (V) and/or Restocking fee will apply.

Sample Policy
Samples are billed at EQP/net. Sample requests totaling $2.50/net will be free. Please provide account number if samples wish to be sent via UPS or FedEx. Samples are sent the same day unless additional information is requested. Sample requests are subject to charge at any time dependent upon Samples Department.
Spec Samples
Spec Samples are available at EQP/net less 50%. Only black or white imprint are available for spec Samples. Applicable shipping charges will apply.
Self Promotion
Please refer to end quantity pricing for individual items. Standard setups, run charges, and rush services apply.
Blind Shipments
Blind shipments are offered free of charge. Please notify customer service of blind shipment requests when placing your order. Blind shipment requests cannot be guaranteed.
Drop Shipments
A drop shipment charge of $8(V)/ Per location will apply. F.O.B. El Monte, CA. service of drop shipment requests.
Pallet Fee
For large orders that require shipments to be palletized, add $15.00 (V) per pallet.
3rd Party Shipments
$15.00(Z) charge per order.
Over/Under Run Policy
The factory reserves the right to over ship or under ship up to 5% of the order quantity and invoices the customer accordingly. Exact quantity shipments will require an exact quantity fee of $20 net.
